Our Sahayaks go through a three-stage verification system. We make full efforts to ensure that our Sahayak’s are worthy of your trust. Each Sahayak undergoes a tri-step verification process before being placed with any household. The Sahayak Undergoes
1. Documentation Checks, 2. Document Verification and 3. Address Verification.
You can request for a detailed report after selecting your Sahayak. Our Report includes details of the verification checks made with the requisite Documentary proofs
We help to find you a Sahayak who fits your eligibility criteria, at times even on the most demanding wish list. Yes, your Sahayak’s working hours, weekly schedules can be tailored to be in line with your requirements so as to fit your schedule. Just share the relevant details with us and leave the rest to us. However, for Full time Sahayaks adequate hours of rest must be ensured.
Each Sahayak’s service / work contract will be for a period of one year from the date of commencement of the service and will be renewable every year unless either the Employer or the Employee are not interested to mutually extend the same.
If the Sahayak wants to leave within the first onemonth of hiring, we are happy to provide an equally suitable Sahayak as a replacement for the first hired.
You have to pay the agreed monthly salary directly to your Sahayak every month. The mode of payment of the monthly salary, however, would be dependent on your agreement with your selected Sahayak.
A one-time Registration fee of Rs 500 is to be paid by you to create a Unique Employer Identification File before you start the recruitment / hiring process and / or place on us your requirement.
A Recruitment/Professional Fee is payable to us for each Work Contract. The fee becomes payable once you select a Sahayak, and before the actual joining date.
